I had an annoying creaking noise that I could not identify and the bike mechanics found it quickly. The noise was due to some gunk at the bottom of my seat and they cleaned it up for me at no charge. Granted, I did buy the bike from them, but still, labor costs are labor costs and yet they chose not to charge me. Additionally, as I walked up to the service counter, the mechanic was working on a chain for another customer, taking out two links so that the chain would fit properly. There was no charge for the service, either. I would highly recommend buying a bike from Skagit Cycle, as they completely stand behind anything they sell with some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
Great service, and excellent staff. All of my questions were answered in great length and they did everything they could to keep me well informed. Prices were also fair, along with a great selection of bikes and other accessories. Will be bringing my bike back!
Was passing through, on my way to some trails, stopped by on the off chance that they would do a quick service on my bike. 20 mins later it was running like new and it cost next to nothing. Phenomenal service. My bike has some really obscure gearing which most bike stores can never really get working perfectly.......these guys nailed it.
My FAVORITE bike shop. I live in Seattle, and coming here to Skagit County is worth the drive for me. Very knowledgeable, not pushy with sales, great inventory, fast service, polite. Just a really friendly environment, the staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
These guys are super rad. I contacted them over the phone to purchase a bike and ship it to Anchorage, AK and they didn't bat an eye. They were willing to bend over backwards to ship me a bike that I couldn't find a dealer for up in Alaska. Great shop, excellent customer service, highly recommended.
