Ricky seems to have zero class, interrupts others and jumps into every conversation, hollering over anyone speaking. Really got annoying listening to this for so long.

I will not bring my car back there again. It's not the first time they messed up with the air pressure on my MR2 Spyder. I felt unsafe and a little bit wobbly driving on the freeway after they had put a new set of tires the day before.

Amazing customer service by every employee I've dealt with every single time I've been there!!! Although I was literally 1 block from another place in anacortes I put my spare tire on &drove all the way to Burlington to buy a full set of new tires when I had 1 flat a couple weeks ago. They walked me through all my options so I knew exactly what was going on & felt comfortable in my decisions and stayedlate without ever making me feel bad even though I showed up less than 15 minutes before they close on Sunday before Memorial Day I cannot say enough good things about the staff and they will always have my business as long as I'm in the area
