I had a dental emergency it was an exposed root I have had sciatic nerves and back problems for years and the worst pain I have ever felt was was this exposed nerve, it almost made me pass out, this all happened right before labor day weekend, the idea of going through the whole weekend scared me and there was no way i was going to sit friday thru tuesday in that much pain

Marina is the office manager who is very friendly and keeps the office running very smoothly! If you need professional dental care or are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Burlington Family Dentistry!

Over many years I've been to nearly 10 different dental offices, Burlington Family Dentistry is by far the best in the county! They are so certious with every single patient they work with! They are always easy to schedule with and understand that these are people's lives not just a business! I have been coming here for almost 6 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for anything dental related!
They scheduled me for 1 hour to take x rays and clean my teeth. Spent 40 minutes taking the films then polished my teeth....told me I needed to come back for "deep cleaning" and charged my insurance for cleaning my teeth. I feel like I got charged for an oil change but they only added a quart. Now, my insurance wont pay for my getting my teeth cleaned for 6 more months.
Very nice staff. Although I had a tooth removed part of it was left in my gum.

I called every single dentist in skagit county and they told me the same thing "we are to busy or our dentists are getting ready to go home and we can schedule you for tomorow i even had one dentist tell me he wont see me until next week! Know one cared it was a horrible feeling. These dentists had "family" in there name as well...family my butt! I called Burlington family dental and explained what was happening...they immiedietly told me to head there way and they would get a dentist to see me.
I asked if I could come back in for the cleaning that they billed for and they refused.
This place is what dental offices should be based on.
As soon as i arrived they put me in a room and numbed my mouth, it was the biggest relief of pain ever!! They also pulled 2 teeth, the tooth with the exposed root and my wisdom tooth...
