Visited this salon location yesterday for the first time. Mariah G. styled my hair and did an amazing job. Mariah is the perfect stylist to see if you're looking for a change and are not sure what you want!
CAUTION . I went to see Victoria for a root touch up. My hair WAS a Level 7 (medium golden brown). We discussed coloring it on the medium "neural" brown vs golden neutral side. She died my hair BLACK Level 1!!! I told her how unhappy I was with the color. She had no response.
Took my son for a haircut,and to be spiked. It's horrible,took 1 1/2 hrs to get it done and the sides were not blended well at all,nor were the sides even,sideburns weren't even shaved,my son was in tears by the time we left.I did not bother asking them to try to fix it because it took them that long just to mess it up.Wanted to leave asap in hopes to catch another salon before they close.Will never go back again.
After reading through several reviews on this salon I thought i'd give it a try, I wish I hadn't. My hair was almost to the bottom of my shoulder-blades, I told the stylist I was trying to grow my hair out and asked for a trim, that was all. I told her I had a few layers and it was OK to trim them but i did not want any more layers. I also wanted bangs but took her advice that it would not be a good look. By the time she was done cutting my hair, my hair length was above my shoulders and I had so many layers! I would not recommend this place.
I've been to Regis about 3 times now... the first two times I had Rochelle and was happy with the results. The third time I had Will, who is AMAZING! I brought in some photo's to try showing him what I wanted and he told me what would work for my face, what he thought would be good, etc. I also asked him questions regarding products and hair routines. He answered all my questions, gave me an amazing haircut, and even tolerated my fussy baby. I'll definitely be back to see him.
