Your employee "Alexander" caused this entire issue, he never emailed me with the credit app which led to this problem. Please listen to potential customers in the future. Don't call them frauds. They would otherwise purchase goods from you.
I called and spoke with Alexander to set up an account. He was supposed to email me but didn't. When I called back, I realized he didn't email me the credit app. So I told the Owner I would email him the info. However, Alexander never emailed me so I didn't have the email send him.

The Owner told me I was fishy (accused me of being a fraud) & refused to give me service even without looking at our company information. He even refused to see any info about our trade references. I am completely disappointed in the service I received from this organization.
