I love this location for the most part. Don is an excellent man, I love and respect his customer service skills and his approach at sales. However, My wife and I brought in a friend to get info on a ring she found and possibly even sale it. We came in and the older lady with glasses treated us all like we were imposing on her day. She was very rude, she made us ALL feel very uncomfortable, she never smiled she made my friend never want to return. She was also later commenting about how they never tested the diamonds in front of her on a ring she brought in. The ring was real gold with the large cubic zirconia apparently. I find it interesting that the post prior to mine, from 8 months earlier has done absolutely nothing to change this problem. I am very pleased with Don and the philipino lady (I should remember her name I've delt with her so many times) they are both excellent but I'll never refer another friend and deal with the embarrassment and the excuses I had to make for this place following. I'll call to see if Don is working before I show up (by myself) in the future.
Warren's in Burlington was able to take the ring my father designed in the late 1930's for his wedding band and replicate it so that now a fourth generation can have it as a heirloom family-designed ring. They've provided excellent service throughout the recreation of this ring and I would highly recommend them if that was the only thing they had done. But they have made and repaired many pieces through the years and each time provided quality workmanship in the jewelry & superb customer service!
I've gone here for both my wifes engagement ring and weddin band. You will not be disappointed they do EVERYTHING in shop so there's no worry about sending your precious stones elsewhere. Always friendly and willing to answer any questions!
I brought four Michael Kors watches into Warren Jewelers for simple battery changes. Shortly after I received my watches back I was wearing my favorite rose gold MK watch while doing dishes. Normally I never worry about my watch getting a little wet because it is waterproof and has been in the water before. An hour after doing dishes I looked down to see my watch foggy and filled with water. I immediately took it off and looked at the back to see that Warren Jewelers had missed a thread when putting the back of the watch together causing it not to seal properly. You could clearly see there was a large gap. I brought it into Warren Jewelers the next day so that they could fix the problem and be aware of their poor workmanship. They said that the employee missed a thread and that happens time to time and that the battery probably shorted so they’d work on it. I waited a week and a half before contacting them just to find out that they could not fix it and do not stand behind their work. So now not only am I out an expensive watch that is not for sale anymore but I also lost something of sentimental value. I am so saddened that Warren Jewelers would not make this right when they were the ones at fault and even admitted so. I would not recommend bringing anything to this jeweler unless you don’t mind it getting ruined. My entire family has supported this jeweler for years and have recommended them to multiple customers but now I urge people to stay away if you care about your jewelry at all. Warren Jewelers refuses to stand behind their work, well now I refuse to stand behind them. If you are in the Burlington area I recommend Charles Fine Jewelry, they have a beautiful inventory and stand behind their work.
Went in to discuss a necklace repair, and we're treated like garbage by older woman in store front. She never made eye contact, only gave negative comments about the necklace we had bought. Her coworker even seemed uncomfortable about her attitude. Hoping it was not because of prejudice against my African American heritage, but they will not see us again.
