excellent ! Both drivers and staff that we dealt with on-line and on the phone were courteous and worked hard to meet our requests for delivery and pick-up of the container. This happened despite the difficulties of working around the Labor Day holiday weekend.
This company went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The employees I spoke with were all great. The "booker" had my box delivered the next day, the day before a holiday weekend! The driver that dropped the box off was happy, professional and working an extra long day before his vacation started. Everyone I was in contact with seemed to enjoy their jobs. It was like working with a small, family business that knew me forever. Easy and professional. I'd use them again.
Simple Box and Team did a great job getting us a box when promised and on short notice. The box was delivered safely to our new residence and made moving so easy! I would use them again if we ever have to move!!
