Good store to get your crafts items there's always a sale going on prices are very reasonable
The prices on the Michaels App for my phone were not the same prices in the store. Bait & switch does not fly with me. I just chose not to purchase those products. Half the items on the shelf did not even have an original price on them. I'm not going to make a decision based on no price, no matter how much off the item is. Not very happy with their honesty for prices.
Super nice people very good customer service. When the line was even getting a little bit of traffic they called for backup. They are what customer service use to be like!
They have lots of crafts stuff and good sales.
