Rolled in needing a break from my journey and a protective vest. Walked past three staffe who completely ignored me. Found the vest on my own and when checking out was asked if that was all. One staff person in 4 said hello, and that is all that was said. Not the typical HD experience I have had at other dealers. I usually feel like family when I walk in - I felt like a stranger and left feeling that way too.
Hoping they are better with new owners. The service department used to be atrocious, leaving things loose, incorrectly installed, improperly assembled, etc.
