If you own a Dodge product in NW Washington, KarMART is the only place to go! The Service Manager and his team, and the parts department are second to none! This amazing team of men and woman will treat you like family. I can not Thank them enough for the amazing years of service.
I had to have holes drilled in my front bumper for license plate and the service dept was very accommodating. They let me bring the truck in at any time, no appointment necessary, and they would put it on. I really appreciate that since I live out of town. Thanks karmart service dept, and thank you Hunter for doing a great job.

I would have given them no stars if i could of. I just had some work done on my truck today and the service tech noticed the the pinion seal was leaking. That sounded a bit off to me because i had just had them rebuild the rear axle just over two years ago, i didn't say much at the time because i wanted to make sure that it had been replaced. When i got home i check my paperwork and sure enough it was replaced. I call them to see if they would stand behind their work. The service manager told my that the part has only a 12 month warranty and the would not replace it. They would however be very happy to charge me another $200 to replace the seal again. I think not, i will be using another shop to get my work done. One that will stand behind the work they do.
