Had a wonderful experience with our first new car! Raj is the best, he looked out for us on everything and was just excited as we are!! I can't leave out Mark, he's great very relatable and a no nonsense kind of guy. Thanks Sim's for making it not so scary....

Sim's has the absolutely best service. The people working there really go out of their way to be fast, kind, helpful, and courteous. I bought my Honda Element from them in 2012 and, because of the service and attention to detail then, I've continued using them for all my car's service needs. Because of where I live, and the need to take a ferry to reach them, I always have to schedule in advance, and even though it's usually a week ahead, they've always been prompt and flexible with me and my schedule. It is also extremely helpful and convenient that they provide courtesy cars while your's is being serviced. They recently renovated their waiting room area and it is very comfortable. They even have a quiet area for reading (although it could use some doors to block sounds outside of it). They also have a great coffee and tea station! I've been very grateful for their help and service over the years and I highly recommend them to others.
The sales person was not really engaged regarding showing us the options, may be he was thinking we were just passing time. Went to a Subaru showroom next door and made a deal on a very nice brand new legacy. Now I understand that when you are planing for a car purchase, sales representative plays an important part in decision making!
They took the time to show me all of my options with zero pressure. I am very happy with my new car. The whole buying experience was excellent.
